Jayne Ragland has worked with Gary Bess Associates since 2003. She manages the office and additionally oversees data management and instrument scoring, ensuring client compliance with evaluation requirements.
Jayne has served on the board of Butte County Habitat for Humanity for six years. She has a passion for providing housing for low income families in her community and organized the first Women Build home, which is a home built by women as a project of Habitat for Humanity, in Butte County. More than 100 women contributed their skills to the build, each adding her piece to the home that would provide shelter for a woman and her children. The home was completed in 2008 and another build is slated for fall 2009.
