Rosali Delgado earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Chico. During her time as a student, she worked as a Research Assistant for the University’s Research Foundation where she contributed to several publications and gained exposure to Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) projects. She joined the Gary Bess Associates (GBA) crew in early 2015.

Throughout her years at GBA, she has assisted clients by writing applications for New Access Points, Service Area Competitions, and supplemental funding opportunities, as well as helping them obtain Look-alike designation. She specializes in creating non-profits, and particularly enjoys facilitating Board of Director retreats in preparation for Operational Site Visits. Other areas of interest include FQHC compliance for current designees, and organizational development for aspiring FQHC Look-Alikes.

In her free time, Rosali enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets. Her future plans include obtaining a master’s degree that will prepare her to conduct primary research on a difficult to reach population—migrant farmworkers. Among her goals in life is to establish a non-profit organization that provides basic needs, support, and a connection to services for individuals and families that have recently immigrated to the United States.
