Rosali earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Chico. Shortly after, in 2015, she joined the Gary Bess Associates (GBA) crew and has since earned her Master’s in Public Health from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Throughout her years at GBA, Rosali has acquired skills and specialties that enable her to assist clients with the creation of non-profit organizations, completion of New Access Point applications, Service Area Competitions/Renewal of Designation applications, supplemental funding opportunities, and ongoing grant reporting. Additionally, Rosali specializes in Look-Alike designation, which is inclusive of creating a compliant application to earn Look-Alike status from the Health Resources and Services Administration, coupled with organizational development and preparation for the Operational Site Visit (OSV). Since OSVs are a routine part of HRSA compliance, Rosali works with Look-Alikes and full grantees on OSV prep and subsequent conditions, with specialties in form 5A and contracts. Moreover, Rosali provides operational support on daily activities, assistance with management, and pilots strategies for improvement of efficiency.
In her free time, Rosali enjoys spending time with loved ones and animals, as well as engaging in learning opportunities. Her future plans include earning a doctoral degree to achieve a long-standing goal: establishing a non-profit organization that provides basic needs, support, and a connection to services for individuals and families that have recently immigrated to the United States.
