Jayne Ragland
Jayne has worked with Gary Bess Associates for more than two decades, starting in January 2001. As a Data Manager, she oversees the department's data management, which includes data tracking, data entry, dataset building, training clients and staff in data collection, and quality control of data. During her time with GBA, Jayne has also become an expert in serving clients with Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) grants, ensuring client compliance with evaluation and data requirements. In addition, Jayne designs professional online surveys to meet the needs of clients, including patient perception surveys, and community needs surveys. Jayne is thoughtful, diligent, and extremely organized; she provides a solid foundation for GBA's Evaluators, who analyze and report on a variety of programs for our clients.

Jayne lives and works from Vermont and enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren. She also enjoys spending time at Lake Champlain, taking walks, riding her bike on the beautiful trails, painting, sewing and traveling.
