Jetta Meadows

Jetta joined GBA in 2005 as an intern in the Master of Social Work (MSW) program at California State University, Chico. After obtaining her MSW degree, Jetta accepted a State Senate Fellowship at the State Capital, working on policy and legislation for a State Senator. Jetta later worked tracking legislation and labor issues for a home health and hospice association, and then as a medical social worker in a local hospital. In 2010, Jetta returned to GBA to pursue her career in macro social work, continuing her interest in health and behavioral health programs and policy.

Jetta is a well-rounded consultant with more than a dozen years working with GBA in survey research, survey development, quantitative/qualitative data analysis and reporting, program design and evaluation, federal grant application preparation, and foundation grant writing. Jetta enjoys working with clients in all areas of consultation including idea development, program implementation, and assessing program effectiveness. Jetta has assisted clients in obtaining millions of dollars in funding, primarily through federal grant awards.

Jetta loves the outdoors, including hiking, sailing, paddle boarding, and kayaking with her husband, two kids, and their mini-schnauzer. She also enjoys traveling, exploring, cooking, singing, and coffee. Jetta’s top priorities are spending time with her family and working to keep her family fit and healthy!
