Welcome to GBA's Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) support page. We are dedicated to the expansion of the CCBHC model across the nation, and would be honored to serve your organization in this pursuit.
No matter where an organization is in its CCBHC development, we are here to help.
We can help you assess if your organization's behavioral health department is eligible and ready for the expansion and restructuring required to implement the CCBHC program. We offer free consultation to discuss the program with prospective CCBHCs
We can assist with the development of the proposal and the upload of the grant application to SAMHSA. We can also assist you with the application process set forth by your state (for those states that are in the CCBHC demonstration).
CCBHC implementation and compliance often requires a heavy lift in the first year. We can assist by providing program management in year 1; by drafting the required CCBHC Needs Assessment and other documents; or by providing structure to complete your Attestation or Certification.
The CCBHC grant (as funded by and overseen by SAMHSA) requires stringent patient-level and clinic-level data collection, tracking, and reporting. We offer full-service, formative evaluation of the CCBHC program, to include reporting outcomes and progress to SAMHSA at required intervals.
